I'd like to begin by acknowledging that 2023 was a year filled with storms—specifically, brainstorm storms. Countless ideas were thrown onto the table, leading to challenging conversations, extensive research, and dedicated building efforts. All of these experiences have underscored the dynamic and versatile nature of our team at Tracer. As I reflect on the past year, I find inspiration in our team's wealth of knowledge, diverse perspectives on our goals, and our collective commitment to bringing ideas to fruition.
In my inaugural year at Tracer, establishing trust with both my team and, more crucially, our clients was paramount. Rapidly immersing myself in their businesses, understanding their visions, and cultivating rapport were essential tasks. Looking back, witnessing the growth of our existing clients and welcoming new clients into their journey has been truly rewarding.
The Impact of INControl on our clients' Operations and CRM processes
A source of personal pride has been observing the impact of INControl on our clients' operations and CRM processes. Users seamlessly adapting to the new digital landscape, securely managing information, and effortlessly tracking data when needed—all testament to the success of INControl.
For instance, our flagship client, Unique Welding, experienced significant growth. INControl was successfully launched in an additional 5 branches last year, with plans for another 3 branches this year within their Sales divisions. Another noteworthy achievement is our collaboration with 3M, an international medical organization. Implementing a highly complex internal process for their Customer Relations department, representatives, and private nurses, we've witnessed their digital transformation, and our partnership continues to evolve with new projects in the pipeline.
Building trust between SA Lube's sales team and INControl stands out as a personal triumph for me. From the initial stages of working with the team to the culmination of the year, SA Lube successfully launched 2 new branches with INControl.
