Tracer Workflow was established in 2015 as a cloud solutions company and has since grown into an ISO-certified reputable company.

Due to excellent products and customer service Tracer has built long-standing relationships with key customers that include multinational companies such as Siemens, Air products, 3M (previously Systagenix), Karl Storz, etc. and many proudly South African companies that include Jacobs Transport, TarpCover, Pinnacle Freight, SA Lube, Unique Welding, Nova Foods, etc.

Executive Director

Cobus van Graan – CEO

Cobus has been involved in sales, sales management (he is also a sales book co-author) and key account management since 1990. In addition, he has an excellent track record in different industries as well as an uncanny way of turning theory into results. This is exactly what happened when he created INControl. Cobus has a passion for Paperless Workflow Solutions. The inefficiencies of paperwork have always stood out for him and ignited his passion to optimise a workforce that is a perfect fit to find solutions for companies to digitise their business.

Antoinette van Graan

Antoinette brings over five years of dedicated service to our company, where she has excelled as a Business Analyst, focusing on innovative problem-solving for our customers. In her role, she leads the implementation and digitisation of business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Additionally, as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Antoinette plays a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to security and compliance, particularly in our annual ISO27001 certification efforts. Her strategic vision and expertise ensure that we not only meet but exceed industry standards, fostering a secure environment for our clients and stakeholders.

Non-executive Director

Stephan Fourie

Stephan has a B Eng (Electronics) from Pretoria University as well as a BSc (Hons) in Operational Research from the University of South Africa.

After graduating he spent 21 years as a business consultant. His clients include Vodacom, Nedbank, Altrisk, National Treasury, The Independent Electoral Commission, the City of Johannesburg, and the South African Post Office. Stephan currently spends most of his time as a director of businesses, which includes Tracer.
