Which leads need to be followed up? What is the plan to get the client to finally sign off on that big deal? Tracer allows them to quickly answer these questions using a paperless workflow system that tracks the history of clients, rates those clients according to different priority levels and sets specific goals for each meeting. The planner included in INControl also allows meetings to be scheduled easily and management to keep an eye on the activities of all the staff members.
These new tools in Tracer’s INControl also helps them to keep a keen eye on the number of deals closed and how long a client stays in the pipeline before a signature reaches that dotted line.
